Top Sirloin


Top Sirloin - This is one of my favorite cuts usually not to expensive and is flavorful
Time to prepare out on the counter for about 10 minutes before I seasoned

Seasoned both sides and left on the counter for another 20 minutes while gas grill warmed up



Placed on a hot grill around 500 degrees

Allow the first side to sear and then reposition do not flip yet
This will get the cross grill marks

After cooking on second side for several minutes on high I moved them to the burners set to low and left the other burners on high and closed the lid
Cooked till well done

Served with grilled corn, grilled squash and mashed potatoes
