Split Chicken Breast

I cooked some split chicken breast on the gas grill on low.

Seasoned with a season all (Harris Ranch Brand).

This was really good. shredded the meat and used it for enchilada's baked in the oven.

Rib-Eye on Pita Bread

Rib-Eye grilled sliced and palced on a grilled pita bread with green bell peppers, onions, jack & chedder cheese and some avacado sauce. I didnt take pics of the final plate. This was really good made it for lunch one day.

Ventura County Fair 2010

The Ventura County Fair had some good looking BBQ and Grilling going on.
Here are a few pictures to show what they were cooking.
We did try the Tri Tip Beef sandwhich and it was very tasty.
My only comment is that it barely had any meat on it. If I had to guess I would say 1 oz.

The sign above this stand said Pork on a Stick.

Chicken Breast Tenders - BBQ Sauce - Sandwhich

Prepared some chicken breast tenders with Bulls-Eye BBQ Sauce and some additional seasoning.
Grilled them to perfection moved to the warming rack.
Toasted some Bolillo (crusty Mexican sandwich rolls) with provolone cheese.
These were very tasty sandwiches.

Grilled Rib-Eye Steaks

This was my plate Steak Potatoes and Bread. Man this was good.
More of the usual if you have read any of my post prepared and cook the same way.
Boneless Rib-Eye im working my way through the different cuts of beef.

Wanted to make lunch outside so I decided on Grilled Ham & Cheese.
